We can set up our rentals on grass, pavement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors. Just let us know at the time of the reservation, so we can bring the correct anchoring system when we deliver your rental.

In the state of Florida, as you may know, the weather is unpredictable. If we anticipate a gloomy day, we will assess the weather early morning to see if it the situation is safe enough to set up. In the case that of unsafe weather conditions we will either reschedule or go over the steps to a cancellation. In the event of wind gusts exceeding 15-20 mph, we ask that you power down the inflatable and wait for the weather to pass. If there is a good possibility that it will rain during your entire party time, and you are uncertain as to what to do - please call us to discuss. 

Yes! Safety and Sanitation are two of our biggest values specially since most of our events include kiddos. We always clean our inflatables after every use with professional grade cleaning products.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve the event date and equipment. Remaining balance is due a day prior to time of delivery. Failure to pay full balance may result in cancellation of services with no refund of booking fee. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48hours of the event may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total contracted amount, which will be charged to the card on file. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this agreement
